Cake-e-licious isn’t just a business—it’s a part of me, a creation I have nurtured with love, patience, and passion. Just like a baby grows stronger each day, Cake-e-licious has grown beautifully over the years, shaped by my heart, my values, and my belief that joy should be inclusive for everyone.
With a Master’s degree in Economics, baking was never part of my life plan. But creativity always found its way to me.
In 2010, while living in Japan, I faced a simple but frustrating challenge—egg-free and vegan cakes were almost impossible to find.
So I stepped into the kitchen, more out of necessity than expertise, and baked my very first eggless cake using simple ingredients and powdered frosting. That little experiment opened a door I never knew existed.
What began as a personal need slowly became a passion. I started enjoying the process, the creativity, the flavours, and the joy on people’s faces.

When I moved to Canada in 2016, everything changed.
Friends and family began requesting egg-free cakes for their special occasions. Each request brought more confidence, more happiness, and more inspiration.
Their trust and appreciation made me realize—I wasn’t just baking cakes.
I was filling a gap, solving a need, and bringing joy to people who preferred or needed 100% eggless options.
And that’s when Cake-e-licious was born.
Not planned. Not forced.
Just a beautiful journey that started from the heart.
